about this course

To the uninitiated, ISO 9001 can be a bureaucratic nightmare leading to all sorts of pointless and non-value adding forms and procedures. This one day course takes you through the process of establishing an ISO 9001 system, identifying what you need to do, what documentation you will need, and what an ISO 9001 auditor will want to see. The aim of the course is to set you on the right track and map out a clear way forward in simple terms that you understand

What you will learn

The course will help you identify the things you will need to do to get started and clarify the parameters of the task ahead, the documentation and record keeping requirements, training requirements, continual improvement requirements and also the requirements for top management involvement. Ultimately you’ll learn what you need to do to get started putting together an achievable and manageable action plan and to identify the necessary resource requirements for the project
