This is no ordinary short course. It is a comprehensive short academic program designed to for quality professionals who would like a sound grounding in a wide range of quality management tools and techniques, and an awareness of how the discipline has developed and evolved. It is a modular program involving both academic and practical modules, and incorporating, in addition to the certification you will receive for the Diploma, a stand-alone IRCA Registered QMS Internal Auditor module for which an additional IRCA certificate will be issued. The Diploma is delivered as a series of modules over a 3-6 month period

• The origins and development of quality management
• The purpose, intent and application of the ISO 9000 series
• The structure and mandatory documentation requirements of an ISO 9001 system
• IRCA registered QMS Internal Auditor course
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt
• Content & application of the EFQM Excellence Model
